Sitātapatrā is the 'Goddess of the White Parasol' - protector against supernatural danger. She manifests as the wrathful form of Avalokiteshvara, and is venerated in both the Mahayana and Vajrayana traditions.
To do the practice of Arya Sitatapatra, first do the practice of refuge and general on of the mind of enlightenment and meditaion on the four immeasurables. These should be done not merely verbally, but completely integralting them with one’s mind.

OM JOLA JOLA KANDA KANDA HANA HANA DAHA DAHA
DARA DARA BIDARA BIDARA CHINDA CHINDA
BINDA BINDA HUM HUM PHAT SVAHA
At one’s heart center on a moon disc is the syllable OM surrounded
by the mantra syllables which emanate rays of light, purifying all illnesses, evils and interferences, obtaining all the at ainments of the
body, speech and mind of the Bhagavai .
